Howard was Miami’s second-round selection (38th overall) in the 2016 NFL draft. He played collegiately at Baylor, where he was a three-year letterman (2013-15) and two-year starter. Howard totaled 39 career games played with 26 starts and earned first-team All-Big 12 honors as a junior in 2015.

McCain played all 16 games and made four starts for the Dolphins in 2015. The second-year cornerback made 22 tackles (19 solo) on defense and added six special teams stops (four solo) during his rookie season. McCain was selected in the fifth round (145th overall) in the 2015 NFL draft.

Foster joined the Dolphins as a free agent on July 18, 2016. A four-time Pro Bowl running back, Foster played in 76 career games with 68 starts during seven seasons with the Houston Texans. He has totaled 6,472 career rushing yards, the second-most in NFL history among undrafted running backs.

Williams has played in all 32 games for Miami over the past two seasons. During his career, he has recorded 52 carries for 181 yards (3.5 avg.) and made 42 receptions for 329 yards (7.8 avg.) and two touchdowns. Williams has also returned 26 kickoffs for 559 yards (21.5 avg.) during his two-year NFL career. Williams joined the Dolphins as an undrafted college free agent on May 12, 2014.

Vigil played in all 16 games and started two games for the Dolphins as a rookie in 2015. He recorded 11 tackles (eight solo) on defense and seven solo special teams stops. Vigil also blocked a punt that led to a touchdown on the ensuing possession in the 20-19 victory at Philadelphia on Nov. 15, 2015. He joined Miami as an undrafted college free agent on May 8, 2015.
