Miami Dolphins Waive Hunter
MIAMI – The Miami Dolphins today announced they have waived wide receiver Justin Hunter.
Hunter played for the Dolphins at Seattle on Sept. 11, 2016, but did not record any statistics. He was inactive in Weeks 2 and 3. Hunter was claimed off waivers by the Dolphins on Sept. 4, 2016 after he was waived by the Tennessee Titans on Sept. 2, 2016. He played in 35 contests with 13 starts in three seasons for the Titans (2013-15) and caught 68 passes for 1,116 yards (16.4 avg.) and eight touchdowns. Hunter was originally a second-round pick (34th overall) by Tennessee in the 2013 NFL draft.
