LANDRY IS NFL’s RECEPTIONS LEADER AND SETS DOLPHINS RECORD

  • WR Jarvis Landry caught nine passes for 92 yards (10.2 avg.) and one touchdown today, giving him 112 receptions for the season.
  • Landry finished the season with the most receptions in the NFL:

  • With Landry’s nine receptions today, he now has 400 catches in his career. He becomes the sixth player in franchise history to have 400 receptions.

CAMERON WAKE REACHES DOUBLE-DIGIT SACKS

  • DE Cameron Wake brought down Bills QB Tyrod Taylor on a third down in the second quarter. It was the 10th sack of the season for Wake. He also recorded a half-sack later in the second quarter to give him 10.5 sacks this season.
  • Wake is now the 12th player age 35 or older to record at least 10 sacks since sacks became an official statistic in 1982.
  • He’s just the fourth player age 35 or older in the past 15 years to reach double-digit sacks, joining John Abraham, Julius Peppers and Terrell Suggs.
  • Wake now has 92.0 career sacks, which are second all-time in the NFL among undrafted players and second in team history. His 92.0 sacks since entering the NFL in 2009 are the most in the league in that span.
  • It is the fifth time in his career he has recorded 10-plus sacks. He also accomplished the feat in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016.
  • Wake now has 11.5 career sacks against the Buffalo Bills, his most against any single opponent. He came into the game with 10.5 career sacks against both the New England Patriots and the N.Y Jets.
  • It is the first time in Wake’s career that he’s had double-digit sacks in consecutive seasons and also the only time he’s had double-digit sacks in an odd numbered year.

PARKEY TIES FRANCHISE RECORD FOR FIELD GOAL PERCENTAGE

  • K Cody Parkey made his only field goal attempt today, a 36-yard attempt. He finished the season 21-of-23 (91.3 pct.), which ties the team record for best field goal percentage in a season (min. 15 attempts):
