  • WR Jarvis Landry caught nine passes for 92 yards (10.2 avg.) and one touchdown today, giving him 112 receptions for the season.

CAMERON WAKE REACHES DOUBLE-DIGIT SACKS

  • DE Cameron Wake brought down Bills QB Tyrod Taylor on a third down in the second quarter. It was the 10th sack of the season for Wake. He also recorded a half-sack later in the second quarter to give him 10.5 sacks this season.
  • Wake is now the 12th player age 35 or older to record at least 10 sacks since sacks became an official statistic in 1982.
  • He’s just the fourth player age 35 or older in the past 15 years to reach double-digit sacks, joining John Abraham, Julius Peppers and Terrell Suggs.
  • Wake now has 92.0 career sacks, which are second all-time in the NFL among undrafted players and second in team history. His 92.0 sacks since entering the NFL in 2009 are the most in the league in that span.
  • It is the fifth time in his career he has recorded 10-plus sacks. He also accomplished the feat in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016.
  • Wake now has 11.5 career sacks against the Buffalo Bills, his most against any single opponent. He came into the game with 10.5 career sacks against both the New England Patriots and the N.Y Jets.
  • It is the first time in Wake’s career that he’s had double-digit sacks in consecutive seasons and also the only time he’s had double-digit sacks in an odd numbered year.

PARKEY TIES FRANCHISE RECORD FOR FIELD GOAL PERCENTAGE

  • K Cody Parkey made his only field goal attempt today, a 36-yard attempt. He finished the season 21-of-23 (91.3 pct.), which ties the team record for best field goal percentage in a season (min. 15 attempts):

LANDRY IS NFL’S NEW RECEPTIONS LEADER

  • With five receptions for 51 yards (10.2 avg.) today, WR Jarvis Landry now has 103 receptions this season. As of the end of today’s 1 p.m. games, his 103 receptions led the NFL.
  • Landry is the only player in Dolphins history to have 100 receptions in a single season and he’s now accomplished the feat twice. He set the team record of 110 receptions in 2015.
  • Landry can break his own team record for single-season receptions (110) with eight receptions in the season finale next week vs. Buffalo.
  • Landry now has 895 receiving yards this season. He needs 105 receiving yards in the season finale vs. Buffalo to become the first player in Dolphins history to record three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons.
  • With his 51 receiving yards today, Landry now has 3,946 receiving yards in his career. He needs 54 receiving yards next week vs. Buffalo to top the 4,000-yard mark in just his fourth NFL season.
  • With five receptions today, Landry now has 391 receptions in his career. He needs nine receptions next week vs. Buffalo to reach 400 career receptions in just his fourth NFL season.
  • Landry continues to extend his NFL record for most receptions in the first four seasons of a career with 391.

GRANT BUSTS OUT FOR FIRST 100-YARD GAME

  • WR Jakeem Grant had four catches for 107 yards (26.8 avg.), the first 100-yard game of his two-year NFL career.
  • Grant finished with 101 receiving yards in the first half, marking Miami’s first 100-yard receiver in a half since WR Kenny Stills had 154 receiving yards in the second half vs. Tampa Bay on Nov. 19, 2017. That was also Miami’s last 100-yard performance for an entire game.

DOLPHINS BIG PLAYS COME FROM MANY SOURCES

  • In 2017, the Dolphins have two players with 60-plus yard runs with RB Kenyan Drake (69 yards) and RB Damien Williams (61 yards) and two players with 60-plus yard receptions WR Kenny Stills (61 yards) and WR Jakeem Grant (65 yards). It is the first time since 2005 that the Dolphins have accomplished that feat when RB Ronnie Brown (65 yards) and WR Chris Chambers (61 yards) had 60-plus yard runs and Chambers (77 yards) and WR Marty Booker (60 yards) had 60-plus yard receptions.

KENYAN DRAKE CONTINUES PACING

  • With 57 rushing yards today, RB Kenyan Drake now has 369 rushing yards on 77 carries (4.8 avg.) since he became the featured back in Week 13. Drake’s 369 rushing yards are fourth in the NFL in that span, at the end of today’s 1 p.m. games.
  • As of the end of today’s 1 p.m. games, Drake is third in the NFL with 504 yards from scrimmage since he became the lead running back in Week 13.
  • If Drake’s 369 rushing yards in the last four games was the same pace he had in a full 16-game season, he’d rush for 1,476 yards.

JONES SETS CAREER HIGH IN TACKLES

  • Fresh off being named to the second Pro Bowl of his career, S Reshad Jones set a career high with 15 tackles (12 solo) today. Jones also tallied two tackles for loss and one pass defensed.
  • His 15 tackles today were the most by a Dolphins player in a single game since LB Jelani Jenkins had 16 on Dec. 1, 2014 at N.Y. Jets.
  • Jones’ 12 solo tackles were the most by a Dolphins player in a single game since S Yeremiah Bell had 14 solo stops on Oct. 2, 2011 at San Diego.
  • Jones topped the 650-tackle plateau in today’s game.
