Miami Dolphins Host More Than 100 Programs in Fifth Annual High School Media Day

Miami, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins hosted 106 high school football programs from all over South Florida in their fifth annual High School Media Day at Hard Rock Stadium. The event is another in the sample of signature events hosted by Youth Programs to develop South Florida high school athletes on and off the field. This event is catered to South Florida media, giving them an opportunity to interview and interact with the rising stars in the region.

“We’re honored to host football teams from the tri-county area for our fifth annual high school media day at Hard Rock Stadium,” said Miami Dolphins Senior Vice President of Communications and Community Affairs Jason Jenkins. “Media day is an excellent opportunity for teams to showcase their talented coaches and student-athletes and preview what should be another exciting season of South Florida high school football.”

Teams from Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties participated in the event, giving them real-world experience with media as well as preparing them for the upcoming season. Each team had individual head shots taken, teams photos and a three-minute press conference with media members.
