Miami Dolphins make roster moves

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins today announced they have elevated wide receiver Isaiah Ford to the active roster for Sunday’s game. The team also elevated tight end Chris Myarick as a COVID-19 replacement.

Ford has played in 16 games in his NFL career, all with Miami (2018-20). He’s totaled 41 receptions for 428 yards (10.4 avg.) and has one carry for 11 yards. Ford was traded by Miami to New England on Nov. 3, 2020 before the Patriots waived him on Dec. 5, 2020. He signed with the Dolphins’ practice squad on Dec. 14, 2020. Ford originally entered the NFL as a seventh-round pick (237th overall) by Miami in the 2017 NFL draft.

Myarick has played in two NFL games but not recorded any statistics. He has spent each of the past two seasons on Miami’s practice squad after entering the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with the Dolphins on May 9, 2019. Myarick was a four-year letterman (2015-18) and two-year starter at Temple.
