2016 MIAMI DOLPHINS SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED THURSDAY, APRIL 14 AT 8 P.M. ET WITH DEBUT OF “DOLPHINS LIVE”
“Dolphins Live” to debut with live coverage of the 2016 Miami Dolphins schedule release on Dolphins.com, the Dolphins app, Facebook Live and Periscope on Thursday, April 14 at 8 p.m. ET.
The Miami Dolphins will debut “Dolphins Live,” with live streaming coverage of the 2016 Schedule Release Show, a special hosted by John Congemi featuring analyst and former Miami Dolphins Pro Bowl star Kim Bokamper. The special will break down the team’s regular season schedule, both game by game and month by month, analyzing all of the team’s top matchups and potential primetime games. “Dolphins Live” features real-time updates whenever news breaks with expert analysis on all of the team’s platforms.
Dolphins fans can watch the live stream of the team’s Schedule Release Show on the team’s official website (located at Dolphins.com/live), their mobile devices with the official Dolphins mobile app as well as Facebook Live (https://www.facebook.com/MiamiDolphins/)and Twitter (https://twitter.com/MiamiDolphins). Fans will have the opportunity to interact and ask questions of the hosts during the show.
Starting earlier this week on Monday, April 11, the Dolphins launched expanded digital content programming on Dolphins.com, the Dolphins mobile app, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. These platforms feature behind-the-scenes stories, rich video content, weekly chats, podcasts and film breakdowns through the team’s extensive video library. Highlighting the new programming is “Dolphins Daily,” a quick recap of the day’s news and events featuring a rotating set of hosts. Along with “Dolphins Daily,” content is aggressively pushed throughout the day, including interviews with players, coaches, media and noted personalities throughout sports and pop culture; weekly chats, mic’d up features with players and film breakdowns. “The Audible” will start on the first day of the NFL Draft, Thursday, April 28 and be streamed on Dolphins.com, the Dolphins mobile app, Facebook Live and Periscope. “The Audible” will feature unique perspectives on the team with long-form conversations, interviews and social media interaction where fans will have the ability to ask questions and take part in the discussion.
Press conferences now will be streamed on Dolphins.com, Facebook Live and Periscope with the focus on providing fans up-to-date and real-time access. During practices, the team will host “Open Locker Room Live.” The behind-the-scenes look will feature recaps from the open locker room period and exclusive one-on-one interviews with players and media that will be live-streamed on Dolphins.com, the Dolphins mobile app, Facebook Live and Periscope. Furthermore, “Open Locker Room Live” will be posted with additional behind-the-scenes content on Snapchat.
